1) We will not be responsible for any damage to persons or any other property

    due to improper use of our products. Installation work should only be carried 

    out by qualified technicians.

2) We are not affiliated, connected or endorsed to SCEE, SCEI or SCEA. 

    Our products are ONLY designed to allow the user to legally play backups copy,

    of which he owns the original copy, on their own game system.

3) We do not condone piracy and will refuse any request to provide information

    about it.

4) Payment must be made in advance for all purchases, and payment must be

    shown on our account before we will ship items.

5) We warrant all of our products to be free from defects for twelve months from

    date of purchase.

6) We will not disclose any data about our customers.

7) We will not release address or other information about resellers or installers

    without prior consent.

8) LAWS IN YOUR COUNTRY MAY NOT ALLOW THE USE OF BACKUP, OR IMPORTED

    GAMES, OR MODIFICATION OF YOUR CONSOLE, OR THE USE OF DEVICES LIKE 

    THE MATRIX DNS. ALWAYS CHECK THAT IT IS PERMITTED TO USE THIS

    DEVICES IN YOUR COUNTRY BEFORE PURCHASING.  

    WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF YOU AGREE TO MODIFY YOUR GAME SYSTEM

    WITH A MATRIX DNS MOD CHIP.
